Role Overview
We're scaling our inside-sales and telecalling teams and need a hands-on Sales Recruiter who can consistently deliver high-quality hires from the Tricity region. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and be accountable for monthly hiring targets and early-tenure retention quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring: intake sourcing screening interviews offer rollout pre-joining engagement Day-1 onboarding.
- Consistently deliver 20 quality joins per month across sales & telecalling roles.
- Maintain an active Tricity candidate database; run walk-ins/mega drives/weekend blitzes as needed.
- Source through HR communities/WhatsApp groups, references, campus/skill institutes, and relevant job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, Indeed, etc.).
- Track and improve funnel KPIs: time-to-fill, offer-to-join %, Day-1 show-ups, 30/60/90-day retention, cost-per-hire.
- Publish weekly pipeline dashboards; keep 2 coverage for every open mandate.
- Partner with Sales/Training for profile calibration, DOJs, and early-tenure success.
- Uphold compliant, candidate-friendly processes and strengthen employer branding in the region.
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven record hiring 20+ joins per month for sales/telecalling roles in Tricity.
- Strong local network and active database of telecallers/sales candidates.
- Demonstrated success with walk-ins/mega drives and rapid ramp-ups.
- Hands-on with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, HR communities, references, campus tie-ups.
- ATS/Excel proficiency with disciplined funnel reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder communication; resilient under weekly targets.
- On-site in Zirakpur; flexible for occasional weekend hiring drives.
Good to Have
- Experience in SLES/BPO/healthtech/telesales hiring.
- Vendor management and institute/campus partnerships.
