Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (Real Estate) responsible for driving growth through land procurement, strategic partnerships, and end-to-end project management. The role involves identifying new opportunities, executing land procurement deals, and ensuring successful project execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate.

· Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company's real estate portfolio.

· Identify potential land parcels through market research, brokers, and direct sourcing.

· Lead end-to-end land acquisition.

· Oversee project lifecycle from acquisition to execution and delivery.

· Build strong relationships with landowners, brokers, investors, and government authorities.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong expertise in land procurement & real estate transactions

· Project management and development lifecycle understanding

· Excellent negotiation & deal-closing skills

· Knowledge of zoning laws, regulatory approvals, and compliance

· Strong networking and relationship-building skills

· Communication, presentation, and stakeholder management

Preferred Experience

· Experience in handling large-scale real estate or township projects/land acquisition.

· Strong network with brokers, landowners, and government bodies.
