Job Description

A Real Estate Company is hiring for the profile of Deputy General Manager - Sales.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 10–15 years of experience in premium/luxury residential real estate sales.

About the role

DGM – Sales will be responsible for contributing to revenue growth and leveraging market insights and data-driven planning to strengthen the Company's presence in the premium and luxury real estate segment. The role involves client acquisition, managing high-value client relationships, channel partner networks, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, optimization of sales pipeline and customer experience enhancement.

Core responsibilities

• Assist in driving overall sales strategy and revenue planning for premium and luxury real estate projects.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with market trends, pricing strategy, and business objectives.

• Assist in leading end-to-end sales operations, ensuring achievement of business targets.

• Provide smooth and hassle-free service to each client, including company introduction, project details/ presentation, addressing questions, query resolution, designing suitable payment plans, ensuring necessary follow-ups and finally deal closure in the best possible manner.

• Develop and strengthen channel partner networks to expand market reach and drive conversions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, channel partners, brokers and key stakeholders.

• Generate lead strategies through digital marketing, site visits, referrals, and channel sales networks.

• Implement sales dashboards to track leads, pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics.

• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews for senior leadership and management.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to internal processes.

• Drive customer experience excellence to enhance brand value, referrals, and repeat business.

Qualifications needed

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

• 10–15 years of experience in premium/luxury residential real estate sales.

Skill set required

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent client relationship management, especially with HNI/UHNI clients.

• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making for sales planning and forecasting.

• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities for high-value transactions.

• In-depth market understanding and competitive analysis skills within the real estate sector.

• Ability to build and manage channel partner and stakeholder relationships.

• Financial acumen including budgeting, revenue planning, and ROI optimization.

• Proficiency in sales pipeline management system.

• Strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
