Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager located in Pune. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading sales teams, managing real estate transactions, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves training and mentoring sales representatives, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent client service and support.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required.
  • Proficiency in Real Estate practices, including experience in Sales and knowledge of Real Property market trends.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to cultivate lasting client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the Pune real estate market is a plus.
