About the Role:
We are looking for a professional and driven Sales Manager with hands-on experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with client handling, site visits, and channel partner activations, along with strong communication and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and activate Channel Partners (CPs) in nearby areas to generate quality leads.
- Handle client inquiries from the CRM and make outbound calls to schedule site visits.
- Coordinate and conduct property site visits with clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Showcase project details, pricing, amenities, and USPs to clients during site visits.
- Follow up with potential buyers regularly to drive conversions and closures.
- Maintain updated records of leads, visits, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet monthly targets.
- Achieve performance-based incentives linked to closures and overall target
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with client interaction, calling, and field activities.
- Must reside near Wanowrie / Vikas Nagar or be willing to relocate nearby.
- Professional attitude, result-oriented approach, and strong follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales documentation.
