This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Executive role based in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate requirements, and providing personalized consultancy services. Daily tasks include prospecting, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and assisting clients throughout the buying or leasing process. The individual will be expected to stay updated on market trends and property values to provide accurate guidance.

• Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management
• Strong knowledge of market trends, property values, and real estate regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to conduct property tours and deliver impactful presentations
• Relevant experience in real estate sales or a related field
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency with CRM tools and the ability to work with data for client insights is a plus
