Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager, located in Pune. The responsibilities include overseeing the sales strategies and ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded. The Sales Manager will manage, motivate, and mentor the sales team, conduct market research to identify opportunities, and build relationships with clients. Additional duties include creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about market trends and real estate regulations.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales and a proven ability to close deals
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology and tools relevant to real estate and sales operations
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
