Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional based in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, understanding client requirements, and providing suitable property solutions. Key responsibilities include promoting property sales, building client relationships, conducting property showings, negotiating prices, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The role requires excellent communication, an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License and a thorough understanding of real estate processes
- Sales and negotiation skills with proven experience in achieving targets
- Proficiency in Customer Service to provide a high-quality client experience
- In-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property laws, market trends, and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently on-site
- Experience in the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
