Role Description

This is a full-time, off-site role for a Real Estate Sales Intern. The intern will support the sales team in developing client relationships, assist in property listings and transactions, and conduct market research to identify opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with potential clients, maintaining property databases, assisting in property showings, and supporting the preparation of sales documentation and agreements. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry while contributing to the growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and negotiation skills, with an aptitude for building client relationships
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to address client needs professionally
  • Familiarity with Real Property transactions, including property listing and legal procedures
  • Proficiency in communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
