Role Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Sales professional for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing property showings, building client relationships, and ensuring seamless property transactions. Key responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing market insights, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will showcase properties to prospective clients and maintain an updated portfolio of properties.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property laws, regulations, and market trends
  • Strong Sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bengaluru
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Previous experience in real estate or sales is highly advantageous
