Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will engage with clients to provide expert advice on property transactions, ensure customer satisfaction through personalized support, and facilitate seamless property buying or selling experiences. Responsibilities include building client relationships, maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the entire transaction process.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, ensuring familiarity with market trends and property management.
- Experience in Sales and a proven ability to achieve targets and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a relevant field is preferred.
