Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Associate based in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, showcasing and selling properties, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating sales agreements, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on real estate market trends to provide tailored solutions to clients needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge or possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Understanding of local real property markets and familiarity with real estate practices
  • Proven ability in sales with effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented attitude with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Experience in real estate or sales is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage
