Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Associate role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for helping clients find and secure their desired properties, offering expert guidance through property discovery, showings, negotiations, and final transactions. The role involves ensuring excellent customer service, staying up-to-date on real estate market trends, and maintaining relationships with clients and builders to identify opportunities and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Real Estate, Real Property transactions, and holding a valid Real Estate License
• Strong Sales skills with proven experience in a sales-driven role
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on resolving client inquiries and building relationships
• Understanding of local real estate market trends in Bengaluru and the ability to provide expert property advice
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications in real estate or sales domains are a plus
• Fluency in English and local language(s) is an advantage
