Role Overview: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of GuideYu — working directly with clients to understand their needs, showcase suitable properties, and close successful deals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, has a flair for sales, and is eager to grow in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Source and qualify potential clients via cold calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Client Meetings: Understand customer requirements and provide tailored property recommendations.
  • Site Visits: Organize and conduct property visits, clearly presenting features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Sales Closures: Convert qualified leads into successful deals through effective follow-ups and presentations.
  • Negotiation & Finalization: Handle client negotiations and close deals efficiently.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • CRM Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Inventory management and market knowledge.
  • Social media activity development and LinkedIn engagement.
What We're Looking For
  • 0-2 years of experience in real estate (preferably commercial).
  • Proven ability to generate leads and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and open to local travel (2-wheelers provided).
  • KRA and KPI will be tracked.
