This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Real Estate Consultant. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing expert advice on real estate transactions, and conducting property valuations. Nurturing client relationships, negotiating deals, generating leads, and staying updated on market trends will also be key responsibilities for this position. The consultant will regularly collaborate with clients, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.

• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property with a deep understanding of market trends and local regulations
• Proven Sales skills and the ability to generate leads and close deals effectively
• Strong Negotiation skills to secure optimal outcomes for clients
• Experience in conducting client Training or guiding clients through the buying or selling process
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and client relationship management abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
