This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in New Delhi. The Real Estate Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property assessments, facilitating negotiations, developing client relationships, and understanding market trends. The role also involves managing property portfolios and providing consistent training to clients or team members as needed.

• Proficiency in areas of Real Estate and Real Property
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Training related to real estate operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market analysis and identify opportunities
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations and practices in New Delhi
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and client-focused approach
