Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant, based in Gurgaon. The role includes managing real estate sales operations, developing client relationships, and assisting buyers in making informed property decisions. The consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the sales process, providing stellar customer service, offering property insights, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Additionally, the role may involve coordinating site visits and working collaboratively with internal teams to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Real Estate Sales and a deep understanding of the real estate market
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Sales
  • Capability to conduct client Training and provide professional guidance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Real Estate, or a relevant field is preferred
