About the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Real Estate Consultant to manage sales of ultra-premium residential projects in Gurgaon. The role involves working with HNI, UHNI, NRI & investor clients for properties ranging from 3 Cr to 50 Cr+ across Gurgaon's top luxury corridors.
Key ResponsibilitiesSell luxury residential properties in Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, Dwarka Expressway & SPR
Handle HNI / UHNI / NRI client portfolios with a consultative sales approach
Conduct exclusive site visits, private showings & pre-launch previews
Advise clients on pricing, appreciation, rental yield & market trends
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, legal & CRM teams
Drive negotiations and close high-ticket transactions
Maintain accurate client data and follow-ups in CRM
Build long-term relationships for repeat & referral business
Required Skills & Qualifications26 years of experience in Gurgaon luxury real estate sales
Strong knowledge of DLF, M3M, Trump, Godrej, Smartworld, Experion, Elan projects
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Professional appearance and premium client-handling etiquette
Ability to work flexible hours and attend weekend site visits
Proficiency in CRM tools and digital lead management
Preferred Candidate ProfileExisting HNI / investor client network in Gurgaon
Experience dealing in 5 Cr+ property closures
Exposure to Dwarka Expressway luxury inventory is a plus
Background in luxury sales, hospitality, or wealth advisory
