Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Gurugram. The responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, understanding their property needs, and offering tailored solutions. The Sales Associate will actively conduct property viewings, manage client relationships, negotiate deals, and support the end-to-end sales process. The role also involves staying updated on market trends, developer offerings, and contributing to the sales team's targets through proactive strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Customer service skills, relationship management, and a client-first approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, trends, and property portfolios in the Delhi NCR region.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, basic MS Office skills, and other relevant software is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory. A passion for sales and real estate will be highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
