Role Overview

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing and procuring raw materials and consumables, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery to support manufacturing operations. The role involves record-keeping, supplier evaluation, and contributing to cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials and consumables from approved vendors.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely follow-up for delivery.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
• Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and optimize procurement processes.

Candidate Profile

• 15 years of experience in purchase or procurement, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on orders effectively.
