Role Overview:

We are seeking a Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in IBMS systems to manage procurement for security, automation, and communication components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement of IBMS systems such as CCTV, fire alarms, and cabling
• Vendor sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management
• Purchase Order (PO) creation and tracking
• Inventory monitoring and material planning
• Coordination with project/site teams
• Ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of procurement experience IBMS/ BMS/ Electrical
• Knowledge of CCTV, fire alarm, and related systems
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Basic understanding of inventory management
