Roles Responsibilities
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules Monitor inventory levels, track material consumption, and optimize purchasing based on demand trends Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, even under tight deadlines Handle vendor management including sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management Process purchase orders, invoices, and ensure timely payments Maintain procurement records and support material/product revisions Update and manage purchase data, vendor details in SAP software Ensure compliance with GST and other Indian taxation norms Handle pressure situations efficiently and ensure smooth procurement operations
