Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities and ensure the timely availability of materials for smooth business operations. The role involves vendor coordination, purchase planning, cost optimization, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors for procurement of required materials.
  • Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate for cost-effective purchasing.
  • Create and process purchase orders in line with company requirements.
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of materials.

Purchase Planning & Inventory Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Align procurement activities with inventory requirements to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
  • Track and report slow-moving or obsolete materials to optimize purchasing decisions.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor transactions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with procurement processes.
  • Prepare reports related to purchase activities, vendor performance, and cost analysis.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with operations, technical, and accounts teams to understand material requirements.
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and vendors for efficient procurement cycles.
  • Provide timely updates and support for purchase-related queries and requirements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in procurement, purchase operations, or vendor management.

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of procurement and vendor management
  • Good negotiation and cost analysis skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
  • Strong documentation and organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
