Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor based in Bengaluru. The Property Advisor will engage with potential clients to understand their property needs, provide guidance on property investments, and offer support throughout the buying or selling process. The role involves managing real estate assets, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating effectively with clients to build lasting relationships.

• Experience in property management and understanding of the real estate market
• Knowledge of investments and finance related to real estate transactions
• Proficiency in delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide data-driven recommendations
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
