Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor based in Bangalore Urban. The Property Advisor will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their property needs, providing expert advice on real estate investment opportunities, and managing property transactions. Key responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, managing property-related queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Understanding of Property Management and real estate trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Knowledge of Investments and Finance to assist clients in making profitable and sound property decisions.
- Ability to work independently, maintain organizational skills, and meet targets.
- Prior experience in real estate advisory or a related domain is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
