Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor, based in Bengaluru. The Property Advisor will assist clients in making informed property investment decisions, manage property portfolios, and provide expert guidance on real estate opportunities. Daily tasks include analyzing real estate market trends, interacting with clients to understand their needs, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining strong professional relationships. The role also involves coordinating property transactions and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide excellent support.
• Knowledge in Property Management and understanding of real estate market trends.
• Expertise in Investments and Finance as they relate to real estate transactions.
• Proven ability to analyze data, negotiate, and build long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in local real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
