Property Advisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor located in Bengaluru. The Property Advisor will be responsible for managing property portfolios, assisting clients in property investments, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing property trends, conducting property visits, advising clients on investment opportunities, and maintaining positive relationships with both current and potential clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for effective client interaction and relationship management
• Expertise in Property Management and Investments to advise clients and manage property portfolios
• Knowledge of Finance to provide insights on investment decisions and market trends
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in the real estate industry, sales, or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred
