Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Project Delivery for the Consumer & Retail domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing complex projects, optimizing supply chain processes, and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough data analysis of supply chain processes, including:
- Inventory Management
- Procurement
- Logistics
- Distribution
- Evaluate current supply chain systems, workflows, and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement cost-effective support models for service delivery, covering:
- Application Maintenance
- Design-Build-Test-Release engagements
- Drive Transition Management, Rollouts, Release Management, and AMS support.
- Manage Sizing, Estimation, Solutioning, and ensure adherence to Project Financials, Quality, and Productivity improvement.
- Collaborate with vertical and horizontal teams to:
- Assist Sales with RFP responses
- Present Case Studies during client visits
- Review RFPs and solutions
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes (Inventory, Procurement, Logistics, Distribution).
- Proven expertise in Project Management and People Management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
