Project Manager - SAP Business One

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Business One.
• Develop and maintain project plans including timelines, scope, and resources.
• Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate risks.
• Ensure delivery within budget and time constraints.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Liaise between business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Maintain regular communication on status, issues, and deliverables.
• Ensure business needs are captured and addressed throughout.

System Implementation & Customization:

• Collaborate with consultants to configure SAP Business One.
• Manage data migration, integration, and testing phases.
• Document configurations, processes, and custom developments.

Quality & Risk Control:

• Maintain adherence to quality standards and business objectives.
• Manage risks and issues to prevent project delays.
• Ensure thorough testing and validation across modules.

Training & Support:

• Lead user training to ensure successful adoption.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and issue resolution.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing SAP Business One projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional ERP project teams.

Skills:

• Expertise in SAP B1 modules: Finance, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, etc.
• Strong background in project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
• Technical understanding of SAP HANA, SQL, and system integration.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Preferred:

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with SAP B1 version 9.3 or higher.
• Background in international/multi-site project execution.
