SAP IBP/APO/S4 HANA Project Manager

We are seeking an experiencedSAP IBP/APO/S4 HANA Project Managerwith strong expertise inDemand Planningto lead and manage end-to-end SAP supply chain projects. The ideal candidate will drive successful implementation, support, and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO), and S/4 HANA modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP IBP, APO, and S4 HANA projects focusing on Demand Planning and Supply Chain optimization.
• Manage full project lifecycle: requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success.
• Drive demand planning process improvements and SAP system enhancements aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation throughout project phases.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on SAP supply chain planning modules and best practices.
• Monitor SAP system performance and recommend continuous improvements for planning efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder communications, status reporting, and change management activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1016 years of overall IT/consulting experience with at least 5 years in SAP Supply Chain modules (IBP, APO, S/4 HANA).
• Strong expertise in Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Network Planning (SNP).
• Proven track record in managing large SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
• Deep knowledge of SAP IBP modules for Demand, Supply, and Inventory Planning.
• Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA and APO SNP modules.
• Excellent project management skills including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
