Job Summary

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12+ years of product or project development experience would be advantageous.
• Strong facilitation techniques.
• Ability to build and lead Squads in a matrix.
• Promotes Agile values and principles.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of an Agile framework (i.e., Scrum, Kanban); an in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles would be an advantage.
