Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the Digital Team in executing campaigns and managing day-to-day operations. This role will be the backbone of coordination—ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, agencies, and vendors while keeping timelines, deliverables, and financial processes on track.

Key Responsibilities

·      1 Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, performance marketing) to ensure timely executionof digital campaigns

·      2 Act as a liaison between external agencies, production teams, and internal stakeholders

·      3 Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth rollouts

·      4 Manage end-to-end invoicing processes—raising POs, tracking invoices, and coordinating with finance

·      5 Maintain and organize campaign documents, briefs, and reports

·      6 Support shoot coordination, including vendor communication and logistics when required 7 Facilitate clear and timely communication across teams to avoid delays or gaps

·      8 Follow up proactively on tasks, approvals, and deliverables

·      9 Assist in resolving day-to-day operational challenges within the digital team

 Requirements

·      1 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

·      2 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing coordination / operations / agency environment

·      3 Strong understanding of digital campaigns and workflows

·      4 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

·      5 Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

·      6 Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

·      7 Experience in handling invoices, POs, and vendor coordination

Preferred Skills

·      1 Prior experience in retail, fashion, or jewellery industry

·      2 Familiarity with campaign/project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)

·      3 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume campaign environment

·      4 Attention to detail with strong follow-up discipline

·      2 Strong coordination between internal teams and external partners

·      3 Timely processing of invoices and financial documentation

·      4 Efficient handling of shoots, campaigns, and operational workflow
