We are looking for a smart, organized, and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director's Office . The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage senior-level tasks and sensitive information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Executive Support
- Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Draft and review emails, presentations, and reports.
- Prepare documents and notes for meetings.
2. Calendar & Meeting Coordination
- Schedule meetings and track important follow-ups.
- Support board and leadership meeting documentation.
3. Travel & Event Logistics
- Plan domestic and international travel.
- Manage logistics for team meetings, events, and external visits.
4. Communication & Liaison
- Be the main contact point for internal and external communication for the MD.
- Prioritize messages and tasks needing the MD's attention.
5. Administrative Support
- Handle reimbursements, vendor coordination, and basic personal admin for the MD.
- Coordinate with teams like HR, Finance, and Admin for support.
- Keep records, files, and trackers updated.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, or Secretarial Practice.
- 3–5 years of experience supporting senior leaders, preferably in large or well-known companies.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Strong in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other tools.
- Trustworthy, organized, and calm under pressure.
