We are seeking a Process Mining Expert to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience to analyze and improve business processes, utilizing advanced process mining tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes using process mining tools and techniques.
- Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies to recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements based on data insights.
- Develop and maintain process mining dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on process mining methodologies and tools.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in process mining or related fields.
- Proficiency in process mining tools such as Celonis, Disco, or UiPath Process Mining.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
