Job Description

Klay Founding Years Learning Solution is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational efficiency across centers within a designated region, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, policies, and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage and supervise all operational activities within the assigned region to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and support regional operations teams to achieve performance targets and maintain high operational standards.
  • Process Improvement: Review existing operational processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and monitor the regional operational budget in alignment with financial objectives and cost controls.
  • Quality Control: Ensure consistent implementation of quality standards across centers through audits and regular performance reviews.
  • Risk Management: Identify operational risks and implement preventive measures to maintain safety, compliance, and business continuity.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present reports on operational performance, key metrics, trends, and improvement areas to senior leadership.
