Job Description

7-10 yearsof experience managingOracle,MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQLin enterprise environments.
Expertise indatabase performance tuning, query optimization, and execution plan analysis.
Ability to implementreplication, clustering, and HA, AlwaysOn, and cloud technologies.
Hands-on experience withcloud databases in AWS or Azure(RDS, Azure SQL, Oracle Cloud, etc.).
Solid understanding withbackup strategies, disaster recovery concepts, and failover testing.
Proficiency inT-SQL, PL/SQL, and PostgreSQL SQL scripting.
Basic scripting understanding and exposure toPowerShell, Python, or Bash.

Preferred:

Experience with cloud-based databases (e.g., Azure SQL, Oracle Cloud).
Exposure to high availability features like Always On or Oracle RAC/Data Guard.
Basic scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle OCA, Microsoft Azure Database Fundamentals).
Azure Database Administrator Associate, or AWS Certified Database - Specialty.
