Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team in Sadashivnagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in early childhood education and be skilled in
play-way and holistic teaching methodologies, with awareness of the
Reggio Emilia approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, appropriate lessons using play-way and experiential learning methods
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
- Incorporate holistic development practices focusing on cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth
- Apply or integrate principles of the Reggio Emilia approach in classroom activities
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents
- Maintain classroom discipline with a positive and child-friendly approach
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and school activities
- Ensure proper classroom management and maintain teaching aids/materials
Eligibility Criteria- Education: Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
- Preferred Certifications (any one or more):
- PGDIE
- CIDTL
- B.Ed / D.Ed / D.El.Ed
- NTT / MTT / Pre-Primary Teacher Training
- ECCEd / Early Childhood Education
- Degree in Human Development or related field (Candidates who are pursuing, enrolled, or have completed the above are eligible)
Experience Required
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher
- Experience in play-way and holistic teaching approaches is essential
- Familiarity with Reggio Emilia methodology will be an added advantage
