Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Centre Manager at EarlyVentions, located in Varthur, Bengaluru East. The Centre Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool and daycare center, ensure smooth functioning, and maintain high standards of education and care. Key responsibilities include managing staff, organizing educational programs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, engaging with parents, and implementing strategies to enhance the center's reputation and enrollments.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with parents, children, and staff
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution capabilities
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and teaching methodologies
• Experience in managing operational and administrative tasks, including scheduling and budgeting
• Familiarity with safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance requirements in a preschool or daycare setting
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar managerial role within the education or childcare sector is preferred
