Role:

The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students up to the 8th standard, developing individualized lesson plans, conducting assessments, and creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. The role focuses on promoting both academic success and personal growth among students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and mentor students up to 8th standard, ensuring lessons meet their individual learning needs.
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students abilities and learning goals.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional and social development.
• Collaborate with parents, counselors, and other educators to create effective support strategies.
• Adapt teaching materials and methods to accommodate different learning styles and challenges.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as required.
• Encourage self-confidence, independence, and a love of learning among students.
