About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement appropriate learning activities
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development of children
- Use creative teaching methods (stories, rhymes, play-based learning, etc.)
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
- Maintain classroom discipline and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for school activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher
- Must be currently residing in Bangalore
- Should be willing to travel to Sadahalli Gate, Devanahalli
Educational Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
- Certification in any of the following:
- B.Ed
- D.Ed / D.El. Ed
- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)
- MTT (Montessori Teacher Training)
- ECCEd (Early Childhood Care & Education)
- Pre-Primary Teacher Training or equivalent
