We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Production Supervisor to oversee and manage end-to-end post-production workflows, including dubbing, editing coordination, client servicing, and delivery management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in coordinating with studios, artists, and vendors, ensuring seamless execution of projects within timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete post-production process including dubbing, editing, subtitling, and final delivery.
- Coordinate with dubbing artists, writers, editors, and studios to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage client communication and provide regular updates on project status.
- Supervise dubbing script preparation and subtitle spotting for accuracy and quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of all post-production outputs as per agreed deadlines.
- Handle vendor coordination, bookings, and studio scheduling.
- Monitor project budgets, billing, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain quality control across all stages of post-production.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of film/TV content projects.
- Lead and guide junior coordinators and support staff.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows (dubbing, editing, subtitling).
- Excellent coordination and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of billing processes and vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in media, film, or television production.
- Experience in handling regional content (especially South Indian content) is a plus.
- Familiarity with dubbing processes and studio operations.
