Main role of the candidate would be to Support Business Users.
Production support
o
Will be responsible for production support of LifeAsia/GroupAsia and will be responsible for uptime and availability of the application.
o
First level of contact for all production issues for LifeAsia/GroupAsia.
o
Closure of production issues as per SLA.
o
Supporting Business user for month end / year end closure.
o
Regular health checks / Monitoring of application.
o Taking corrective actions by Identifying areas for modification in existing applications and subsequently developing these modification.
o
Should co-ordinate with infra team for its Infra related requirement.
o
Handling internal production support team.
Vendor management
o
Will be responsible to manage various vendor resources for production support.
o
Should do periodic vendor review for application uptime.
o
Should closely monitor ticket ageing and closure.
