Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Costing and Estimation Manager. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, evaluating material and labor requirements, and ensuring alignment with project budgets. The Costing and Estimation Manager will collaborate closely with the project management and procurement teams to secure cost-effective solutions, monitor project costs, and help streamline operations while maintaining a commitment to quality and safety objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Cost Estimation, Budget Preparation, and Financial Analysis
• Experience with Project Management, Scheduling, and Resource Allocation
• Proficiency in Technical Analysis, Blueprint Reading, and Specification Interpretation
• Familiarity with Vendor Negotiation, Procurement Planning, and Cost Optimization
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Excel and costing/estimation software
• A Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or a related field

Experience

2 to 3 years with reputed Electrical Contractor or LT Panel Manufacturer.
