Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Process Manager of Procurement & Assembly, based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Process Manager will oversee and optimize procurement and assembly operations, ensure timely sourcing of materials, establish efficient workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and quality standards. This role includes monitoring vendor performance, maintaining inventory levels, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain coordination
  • Experience in assembly operations, workflow optimization, and quality control
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in both office and remote settings effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or related industries is highly desirable
