About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for Digital Sales (Tele Sales). The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into sales through telephonic interaction while ensuring compliance and zero mis-selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers from allocated digital campaigns/leads
- Explain life insurance products clearly and confidently
- Convert leads into policy login and issuance
- Maintain minimum 80% login to issuance ratio
- Ensure proper follow-ups and timely closures
- Provide accurate product information to customers
- Maintain zero mis-selling and compliance adherence
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently

- Tele-sales conversion ratio
- Login to Issuance percentage
- Sales target achievement
- Quality compliance score
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in Insurance Tele Sales
- Strong sales mindset convincing ability
- Good communication skills (English Hindi mandatory)
- Marathi / Telugu / Gujarati is an added advantage
- Basic computer CRM knowledge
- Customer handling objection management skills
- High energy, target-driven self-motivated

- Undergraduate / Graduate (Any Stream)
