Key Requirements: ● Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in tele-sales or a similar sales role. ● Communication: Strong verbal communication skills are essential. ● Financial Knowledge: Prior experience in tele-sales within the financial industry, particularly loans and credit, is preferred. ● Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with secured loans, unsecured loans, and CIBIL is crucial. ● BFSI Sales: Experience in the business loan is mandatory. ● Telecalling experience also preferred
