Prior experience selling to or working within the BFSI sector in a revenue-generating role
We are looking for candidates with 1-5 years of experience in high value B2B sales having work experience in software, edutech, HRMs system, Training and assessment platforms.
This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.
What you'll do
· Research and identify L&D heads, Training Managers, and HR head, Chief Business Officers, Sales Heads or Risk Heads and decision-makers at BFSI institutions across India
· Make 40–60 targeted calls per day — warm introductions to Virtuoskill s digital certification platform
· Qualify prospects, understand their training needs, and move to close the sales and if need be, set-up discovery calls for the Sales Manager and the leadership team
· Maintain a clean CRM pipeline — every interaction logged, every follow-up scheduled
· Send personalised follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages to prospects after initial calls
· Track response patterns and share weekly pipeline reports with the founding team
What we're looking for
· 1–5 years of B2B inside sales, tele-sales, or business development — BFSI, EdTech, or HR Tech preferred in the age group of 25 -30 years.
· Comfortable making cold and warm calls to senior professionals — no hesitation, no script-reading
· Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi
· Should be adept in presenting the products to the clients online
· Patient, persistent, and process-oriented — BFSI decision-makers take 5–8 touchpoints to engage
· Basic CRM familiarity (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) — or willingness to learn fast
· Graduate in any discipline — MBA not required, attitude and communication matter more
