Personal Assistant to Founder

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Personal Assistant to support the Founder in managing day-to-day operations, communications, scheduling, and special projects. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the Founder.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as needed.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support in organizing business events, conferences, and key engagements.
- Assist in tracking key deliverables, timelines, and daily priorities.
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and reliability.
