Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate office events, conferences, and team meetings.
- Oversee daily office needs and ensure a productive work environment.
- Support confidential projects and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage personal tasks for higher management (personal appointments, errands, travel, reservations, etc.).
- Coordinate family-related or household matters as required.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on assigned tasks. Assist with personal documentation, renewals, and scheduling.
- Track and manage expenses, reimbursements, and financial documentation for the executive office.
- Support HR or administrative projects as requested by management.
- Conduct research, prepare summaries, and provide insights for decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Personal Assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, calendar management tools, and digital communication platforms.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
