Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate office events, conferences, and team meetings.
  • Oversee daily office needs and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Support confidential projects and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Manage personal tasks for higher management (personal appointments, errands, travel, reservations, etc.).
  • Coordinate family-related or household matters as required.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on assigned tasks. Assist with personal documentation, renewals, and scheduling.
  • Track and manage expenses, reimbursements, and financial documentation for the executive office.
  • Support HR or administrative projects as requested by management.
  • Conduct research, prepare summaries, and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Personal Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, calendar management tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
