We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who understands eCommerce and D2C fundamentals, not just ads. This role requires strong execution skills across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a sharp focus on ROAS, CAC, scaling, and funnel optimization.
You will work closely with founders, creatives, and strategists to scale brands profitably.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Media Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Manage budgets efficiently with a clear focus on ROAS and profitability
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling CPA
2. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Understand full-funnel structure: TOF / MOF / BOF
- Optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows in coordination with the team
- Analyze drop-offs and improve conversion rates
3. Creative & Copy Collaboration
- Guide creative strategy: hooks, angles, UGC styles, offers
- Work with designers and video editors to improve CTR & engagement
- Test multiple creatives systematically (A/B testing mindset)
4. Data & Reporting
- Track key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, AOV, LTV
- Prepare weekly performance reports with clear insights and action points
- Identify scaling opportunities using data, not assumptions
5. Market & Audience Research
- Research customer personas, competitors, and winning ad angles
- Adapt strategies based on market behavior and trends
- Stay updated with Meta & Google platform changes
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- 50 Lakhs+ ad spend managed on Meta & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of eCommerce / D2C business models
- Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably
- Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Good to Have
- Experience with multiple D2C brands or agencies
- Knowledge of CRO tools, heatmaps, or analytics platforms
- Understanding of UGC-led ad creatives
- Familiarity with attribution challenges and tracking setups
